Age 28 to 38 years
Strong computer skill in MS Office applications and MS Project Software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
Self-driven and proactive to take initiative, result oriented and devoted to work.
Ability to deliver extraordinary performance under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to use technology and analytical tools in the job and problem solving.
The applicant having experience in the following area(s) will have added advantage: Project Management, PMBOK Guidelines, PMP® certification, Real Estate Industry, etc.
The applicant having skills in the following area(s) will have added advantage: MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Report Writing, Presentation Preparation, AutoCAD, etc.

Establish and maintain an organized and efficient documentation control system for the Project Operations (PO) Department.
Manage the intake, distribution, and retrieval of project-related documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain version control and ensure that all team members have access to the latest versions of documents.
Preparation of work orders and getting approval of the same for routine construction works, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to established protocols.
Getting contractors’ performance verification reports from Project Coordinator or concerned officers of the department.Joint scrutiny of these documents with audit personnel and selecting the best ones based on standard criteria set by the management.
Getting approval of Comparative Statements (CS) from all approval concerned as per SOP.
Develop and implement document archiving strategies for project documents to ensure long-term retention and accessibility.
Preparation of Cost Optimization Plan (COP), Balanced Score Card (BSC) and MANCOM presentation comprising updates from all projects.
Creating and updating manuals, forms, formats, checklists, and matrices for both new and existing projects to ensure accuracy and alignment with industry standards and project requirements.
Carry out any other jobs, as assigned by management.
